Delayed but on vacation

The quarter ended, things were ordered, items were packed and shipped, and the children were left with the grandparents. We missed our connection in Atlanta by about 10 minutes. No need to go over the painful details. We splurged on a lovely airport hotel since the airline was only going to give us a discount voucher for a Sleepinn in Fairborne, GA. I have no idea where that is, and we didn't want to find out.

Hotels were cancelled and rebooked for our first couple of days in Europe. Cutting out the leg to Bruges, deciding to stay around Haarlem and not push it. Hoping all goes well today.
